Thin Blue Line by Errol Morris:

    • camera begins on a map, keeps constantly zooming in to final location
  • music plays a big role in film
    • sets a mood and feeling
    • parts with more music gives more suspense and excitement
  • has reinactments of murder with more specific detail
    • during film, the murder is played over and over again
  • photos of officer killed
    • drawn picture of where the officer was shot
  • includes past newpaper articles and headlines on the story
    • give setting and date
  • partner of officer killed
    • focusing on throwing her drink out the window in slow motion after hearing gun shots
  • shows the electrocution chair
  • includes many interviewers
    • film was mostly composed of different people included with the murder
  • has much longer time length than "America's Most Wanted"
